With India\u2019s youngest and greenest fleet, the Akasa Air brand is built upon a clear promise to deliver a warm, reliable, and affordable travel experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a press release on Wednesday, the airline said the symbol \u2018Rising A\u2019 is inspired by elements from the sky. It symbolises the warmth of the rising sun, the effortless flight of a bird and the dependability of an aircraft wing. \u2018It\u2019s Your Sky\u2019 is the brand\u2019s promise to embrace everyone and to create an inclusive environment for all Indians regardless of their socio-economic or cultural backgrounds. It is a powerful pledge of ownership, promise, and possibilities that accompany each traveller on their journeys. It is expected to start its commercial flight operations in the first half of 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akasa Air plans to follow an ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) model in India&#8217;s highly competitive aviation market, which is dominated by InterGlobe Aviation Ltd&#8217;s IndiGo in the domestic sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline further added, \u201cTranslating our purpose to serve every traveller with an innovative yet simple alternative required a modern and confident symbol.
